TERMS OF SERVICE

COMMISSION PROCESS
• The client should provide as many reference photos of the characters, armor, weapons, or poses. As well as a brief description of the character(s) and who they are.• TAT of projects range from 4-7 days, assuming there are no revisions to be made or personal issues.• An update ahead of time will be provided should there be delays in accomplishing the drawing within the TAT.• Updates on the commission progress will be sent regularly.• Art style will slightly differ from what's offered through improvement and light experimentation.• The artist has every right to refuse a commission for whatever reason they see fit.REVISIONS POLICY
• Major and minor revisions prior to the line art being finished will not be charged.• Major revisions (such as pose and character changes) post line art will be charged an additional fee of $10 or ₱200• Minor revisions (such as details and accessory changes) post line art will be charged an additional fee of $5 or ₱100• The client may inform the artist of any character details that the artist may have missed/forgotten and no revision charges will be applied.PAYMENT
• For foreign clients, all payments are in USD via PayPal.• For local clients from the Philippines, all payments are in PHP via GCash.• The client may opt to split the payment 50/50 or pay in full upfront. The artist will not start the commission unless the client has paid either amount.• You may request for a refund if I have not delivered my services or contacted you within 1 month.• Canceled commissions after the line art will warrant a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee depends on the current progress of the commission.• Once I start the commission and completed afterwards, you are no longer able to ask for refund.• Prices listed are base prices, they may vary depending on the complexity character design and their accessories.COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY
• The client may not use any art of mine for commercial purposes or edit the art without my permission.• The artist's works and commissions are not to be used to train AI in any capacity.• The client may not claim the work as their own.• The client may post and use the commissioned piece freely as long as credits are given to the artist.• Any form of repost, reprint, copy, trace, and ill-intentioned use without permission is prohibited.• Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for any blockchain-related technology, to include non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency or future inventions in space. use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with any blockchain-related technology is strictly prohibited.
